Ecotrail 5* Package

EcoTrail Wickow is the largest Trail Running event in Ireland. Organised on the last Saturday of September, eiAdventures has put together a fantastic 3 nights package to help you make the most of the event and the fantastic destination that is County Wicklow. This package is also ideal for friends or partners that do not take part in any of the races.

Choose from three, four or five stars options.

Highlights:

Arrive in Dublin on Thursday. Included in your package is a transfer ticket from Dublin Airport to ei Adventures Tourist office in the centre of Dublin. Leave your luggage with us and explore the vibrant city of Dublin. In the evening, we will organise a bus transfer to your accommodation somewhere in County Wicklow (from 20 to 30 minutes away).

On Friday, enjoy a Tour of Wicklow, including Wicklow National Park and the 6th Century monastic site and glacier valley of Glendalough.

Saturday is Race Day! eiAdventure will offer regular transfers from and to your accommodation to EcoTrail starting/finishing line on Bray Seafront.

Sunday, transfer back to Dublin City Centre, option to further discover the city and transfer back to the Airport.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Day 1 - Arrive
Use your Airport Transfer ticket to Extreme Ireland Tourist Office on Parliament Square in Dublin City Centre (just opposite Trinity College). From there, leave your luggage with us, and explore the city, book a tour on our Dublin city tour (not included), or visit our Whiskey Museum (not included)

Day 2 - Day 2 - Day tour
Enjoy a day around Wicklow, and discover one of Ireland’s most scenic counties! After early collection at your hotel, we will take you up the Wicklow MOuntains with a quick stop at the Guinness Lake of Lough Tay, then we will take you to Glendalough, the Valley of the Two Lakes. Visit here the Monastic Site founded by St Kevin in the 6th Century, then enjoy a walk to the upper lake. Mid-afternoon return to Bray Seafront for early registration to Saturday races.

Day 3 - Day 3- Ecotrail
Race Day! We will organise four different transfers to the starting line with scheduled arrival about one hour before the start of your race. From mid-afternoon, we will regularly schedule return transfers to your hotel. Non-racers can also avail of the transfers.
